Wait

Lord, I Am Waiting

Lord, I am waiting. 

Lord, I am waiting in You... in Your grace, in Your mercy, in Your Presence... in Your Spirit... in Your truth.Lord, I am waiting on You... firmly rooted, wholly established,

 utterly abandoned... to Your will, Your purpose, Your way, Your when.Lord, I am waiting for You... for Your direction, for Your counsel,

for Your vision.Lord, I am waiting before You... my heart and mind filled with Your beauty... bowed in awe of Your splendor and majesty, breathless in wonder...

utterly captivated.Lord, I am waiting behind You... where You lead, I will follow...

take my hand that I may know Your strength and grace when I stumble,

for I am as a child trying to place my feet in the footprints of my Daddy

as we venture forth together.Lord, I am waiting with You... in expectancy and anticipation as You unfold and reveal the moments... the wonders of this day. It matters not the wrapping of these moments... whether in joy or sorrow, faith or frustration, ease or challenge, gain or loss...
