Gracious Shepherd, Lead Me

Lord, throughout this day of study, I surrender. I surrender my plans, my understanding, my concern for "our flock."

Holy Spirit, I am listening for my Shepherds voice. Remove from my mind and heart those things which create dissonance, those things which fragment my thoughts and challenge the devotion of my heart.

Good Shepherd, lead me through the lush green pastures of Your Word that I may eat freely, tasting and knowing Your goodness. Lead to drink deeply of the living waters of Your Spirit, that I may be refreshed and renewed. Thank You for the security, the safety, to wonder as I wander in the pasture to which You guide me.

Dear Shepherd, I listen for Your song. I delight in Your voice. Lead me this day according to Your plan. May I know Your anointing and direction. You set the pathway for our journey; I follow in peace and safety. Blessed be Your Name.
